Author Bio Kristin has run her own company, Zhivago Marketing Partners, Inc., since 1979. She serves as a revenue coach and marketing/sales system consultant for companies of all sizes.
Kristin helps her clients increase their revenues, using customer and market research, marketing and selling systems and processes, and improved management strategies. She understands how customers think and buy, and gives her clients the tools they need to grow their sales using customer-centric strategies.
Over the years,
she has developed, tested, and executed these strategies in a
variety of real-world situations. These methods are now revealed in Rivers
of Revenue.
In addition to her consulting work, Kristin has been publishing marketing and sales advice since 1985, when she was asked to write a monthly column for Marketing Computers magazine. In 1991, she started publishing her first newsletter, Marketing Technology, to help marketers solve the toughest, real-world problems that plague marketing. But because the success of all marketing depends on the
decisions made by company leaders, she began writing a newsletter for

Kristin speaks and teaches frequently. She has spoken repeatedly for the American Electronics Association and the Business Marketing Association; she has also presented at the American Marketing Association, the ASI Show, the Colorado Marcom Association, the IntelliQuest Brand Tech Forum, San Jose State University, the Software Entrepreneur’s Forum, The Rural Telecom Association, the Softletter Software Marketing and e-Commerce summits, New Media Expo, MarketingSherpa's B2B Lead Generation Summits, and The Best of eMarketing conference.
